About the event
Coiled Wines in Garden City just released thier incredible methode champenoise sparkling riesling, Rizza. So we thought, "What goes better with bubbles than fresh oysters?!" That's why we reached out to our friends at Taylor Shellfish—a family owned sustainably raised seafood company in Seattle—to put together a fun DIY oyster shucking basket for two, which includes the following:
