Support Local Suppers: Delivery April 3rd

Like everyone, we’ve been craving ways to comfort ourselves during this uncertain time. When we started to plan some simple heat-and-serve meals for drop-off, our minds immediately went to comforting foods—creamy chicken, mac and cheese, baked polenta. But the more we thought about it, the more that we knew deep down that the most crucial thing at this time is supporting our local farmers and food producers in the Treasure Valley.

That’s why everything that we’re offering on the menu below is local, from the flour and the potatoes that make up our gnocchi to the bacon and onions that enrich the bourguignon. It’s a difficult time of year to make meals that are entirely local, but we’re committed to supporting our farmer, rancher and forager friends so that we can continue having a vibrant local food community to get us through this crisis. 

Our menu will vary each week based on what’s available locally. We are accepting orders from the menu below through Wednesday, April 1, 2020 and we will make no-contact door-step deliveries on Friday, March 3, 2020.
